We are hiring a Retail Operations Manager for a premium sports and athleisure brand to drive store sales, operational excellence, and team performance. This role is best suited for professionals with a strong sports, fitness, or athleisure retail background who thrive in high-energy, customer-focused environments.
You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing daily store operations, controlling costs and P&L, and ensuring exceptional visual merchandising and service standards. The role also involves recruiting, training, and coaching high-performing teams while fostering a culture rooted in wellness, performance, and engagement. Building strong relationships with local sports, fitness, and wellness communities through in-store events and collaborations will be a key focus.
