JOB TITLE : REGIONAL OPERATIONS MANAGER

JOB OVERVIEW:

The Regional Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing multi store operations of VRLJ accross all the six stores , ensuring sales target, inventory control, compliance, merchandising and loss prevention.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS:

Regional Operations Management

Team Leadership & Development

Compliance & Policy Implementation

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

Customer & Stakeholder Management

Process Improvement & Cost Management

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

·      Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field

·      Master’s degree (MBA/PGDM in Operations, Supply Chain, or General Management) preferred

·      Relevant professional certifications in operations, supply chain or project management will be an added advantage

SKILLSETS REQUIRED:

·      Strong leadership for team motivation

·      Conflict resolution

·      Training in luxury retail etiquette

·      Analytical expertise in budgeting

·      Data driven decision

·      Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English

·      Regional travel readiness for store visits as well as market analysis

·      Minimum experience as regional operations manager in corporate jewellery brand should be between 5-10 years in similar role.
