Regional Operations Manager

As an experienced professional in luxury food and beverage and retail operations, your role will involve setting and overseeing processes in a high-growth environment. Your duties will include: - Managing retail, online, and offline sales to achieve targets - Recruiting and retaining operational staff - Project managing new store openings - Liaising with vendors, real estate partners, and statutory authorities - Recruiting and training staff - Managing company resources such as furniture, fittings, hardware, and POS systems You will also be responsible for tracking and measuring operational and financial information against budgets, building budgets and operational contingency plans, supporting store staff on operational matters, and developing best practices and SOPs for effective store openings and scaling. Your role will include managing retail operations, inventory, shelf-life management, and in-store visual merchandising. To excel in this position, you should have at least 7 years of experience in team management across multiple locations, strong written and verbal communication skills in English, and the ability to work independently on projects. Relationship building, hospitality background, knowledge of fine foods and service, and problem-solving skills are essential. Experience in managing cafes and gourmet stores will be advantageous.
