Regional Operations Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Oversee branch operations and ensure adherence to company policies, RBI regulations, and audit compliance.
  
• Drive business performance by achieving disbursement, portfolio quality, and collection targets.
  
• Lead and develop branch teams to ensure high productivity and customer satisfaction.
  
• Monitor risk, ensure process efficiency, and coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth regional functioning.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance or Business with 812 years of NBFC/BFSI operations experience.
  
• Strong knowledge of lending processes, credit operations, and regulatory compliance.
  
• Proven leadership in managing multi-location teams and achieving operational excellence.
  
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with readiness for regional travel.
