Job Description

Position: Regional Business Head (RBH)

Role Overview

Regional Business Head (RBH)

Key Responsibilities

Lead and guide CBMs & RMs to achieve business targets across assigned bank branches.
Drive business performance through strategic planning and execution at the branch level.
Ensure strong partner relationship management with branch leaders and partner stakeholders.
Monitor branch-wise productivity, sales processes, and cross-sell initiatives.
Conduct regular joint field visits for business development and team coaching.
Ensure compliance, quality recruitment, training, and retention of the sales team.
Report performance metrics and growth plans to senior leadership.

Candidate Requirements

Experience Level:
Must be currently working in L2 Branch Manager / Branch Handling role in Life Insurance Banca channel
Channel Experience:
Mandatory Banca Channel experience only
Industry:
Life Insurance (Banca), not Agency or Direct Sales
Performance:
Must have received at least one promotion in the current organization
