Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the operations of multiple restaurant outlets within the assigned region.
• Ensure adherence to brand standards, operational processes, and service excellence across all units.
• Monitor financial performance, analyze sales reports, and implement initiatives to optimize revenue and control costs.
• Lead, mentor, and develop outlet managers and staff to build high-performing teams.
• Collaborate with culinary, marketing, and HR departments to execute business strategies effectively.
• Maintain strong focus on guest satisfaction through consistent service quality and feedback management.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and statutory regulations.
• Identify operational gaps and recommend process improvements for greater efficiency and profitability.
• Support expansion plans, including new outlet openings and transitions.
