What You’ll Do: Customer Booking Management: Receive and process customer bookings across communication channels. Schedule mechanic appointments accurately and on time. Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy. Mechanic Allocation & Training Assign mechanics to service requests based on skills, availability and location. Optimize allocation to minimize response times and maximize customer satisfaction. Invoice Processing: Generate and review invoices for completed services. Coordinate with finance for accurate billing and payment processing . Recruitment & Onboarding: Recruit skilled mechanics to expand the network. Manage interviews, background checks and onboarding.
