Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Regional Operations Manager to join our team at PadelPark India, with 8-15 years of experience in the Hotels & Restaurants industry.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Oversee daily operations of multiple locations to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to optimize resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.

Job Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in managing large-scale operations and teams.
  • Strong understanding of the Hotels & Restaurants industry, including current trends and best practices.
