Job Description

About the Role:

Yard Operations Manager


Key Responsibilities:

  • Control and manage 2W scooter inventory at yards across 7 cities.
  • Design and implement SOPs for vehicle inbound, inspection, maintenance, outbound, and recovery.
  • Ensure alignment of SOPs with management, legal, finance, and accounts.
  • Drive compliance and quickly address on-ground blockers.
  • Provide regular visibility and reports to stakeholders on fleet status.
  • Act as a strong problem solver—get into operational details and implement long-term solutions for smooth yard operations.


What We’re Looking For:

  • 5–10 years of experience in Yard Management / Fleet Operations.
  • Worked in OEMs or companies managing large-scale logistics operations.
  • B.Tech/B.E is mandatory; MBA is an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical mindset and operational rigor.
  • Proficient in Excel and data management.
  • Effective team leader with excellent coordination and follow-up skills.
  • Comfortable traveling and managing multi-location operations.
