Key Responsibility 1. Operational Leadership & Quality Control Oversee day-to-day operations across properties to ensure smooth, consistent service and adherence to company standards. Conduct regular audits and site inspections to monitor cleanliness, guest satisfaction, safety, and SOP compliance Act on guest feedback and complaints swiftly, implementing corrective actions where needed . 2. Cost Management & Financial Planning Develop, manage, and monitor budgets (P&L, forecasts, par stock, F&B costs, utilities, labor). Identify cost-saving opportunities without sacrificing service quality Prepare regular financial reports for senior management and drive revenue growth strategies 3. Strategic Planning & Performance Improvement Set regional targets (occupancy, ADR, guest satisfaction, revenue) and track progress. Develop and implement business and yield management strategies, analyzing market trends to optimize pricing and positioning Liaise with marketing to develop local promotions and partnerships. 4. Leadership & Talent Development Supervise and mentor property-level Managers (front of house, F&B, housekeeping, etc.), with formal performance reviews and development plans Plan and execute training programs to ensure high service standards and regulatory compliance Drive a high-engagement team culture and succession planning. 5. Stakeholder & Vendor Relations Build and manage relationships with owners, suppliers, travel agencies, and regional/corporate stakeholders Conduct vendor performance reviews and negotiate contracts to secure quality products and services. 6. Compliance, Safety & Risk Management Ensure full compliance with all relevant health, safety, security, and local regulations. Perform regular safety audits, fire‐walks, and emergency preparedness drills. 7. Travel & On-site Presence Frequent travel to properties is a must to ensure hands-on management and direct engagement with teams.
