Role & responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for non-tech roles, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business needs, role requirements, and candidate profiles. Proactively source talent using various channels including job boards, LinkedIn, social media, networking, and employee referrals. Craft compelling job descriptions and employer branding content to attract top talent. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs. Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey. Track and report on key hiring metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source of hire, pipeline health). Partner with HR and business teams to support workforce planning and process improvement initiatives. Preferred candidate profile 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on non-tech hiring. Prior experience hiring for roles in marketing, sales, operations, customer support, or other business functions. Proven success in managing multiple open roles and working with cross-functional stakeholders. Strong sourcing and interviewing skills; familiarity with behavioral and structured interview techniques. Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); experience with tools like Success Factors, Turbohire is a plus. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
