Job Description

The Executive Operations Lead will drive seamless operations within the CEOs Office, ensuring effective coordination of all Executive Assistants (EAs), accountability in workflows, and optimal scheduling and event management. This role will manage CEO’s day-to-day, monthly, quarterly, and annual calendars and high-priority engagements, supporting the CEO in focusing on strategic initiatives and maximizing time efficiency. Role Description: 1.CEO Office Operations: Oversee daily functions within the CEO’s Office, ensuring consistency and alignment in all scheduling, preparation, and follow-up tasks. Manage a streamlined workflow for EAs, fostering accountability and best practices in calendar management and task prioritization. 2. Calendar & Scheduling Management: Strategically manage the CEO’s calendar across daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual timelines to align with key objectives. Ensure CEO’s time is dedicated to high-impact activities, scheduling all executive meetings, board presentations, leadership sessions, and key company events. 3.Team Leadership for EA Operations: Lead and support a team of Executive Assistants, setting standards for excellence in time management, task coordination, and performance accountability. Drive continuous improvement in EA workflows, establishing unified processes and enabling effective support for the CEO. 4.Event & Meeting Coordination: Handle all logistics for CEO-related events and meetings, ensuring thorough planning and precise execution. Collaborate with internal teams to align events with strategic priorities, facilitating smooth communication and coordination. 5.Executive Workflow Efficiency: Implement process improvements to streamline operations, minimizing routine tasks and enhancing productivity within the CEO’s Office. Regularly assess and refine workflows, leveraging technology and best practices to adapt to evolving needs. 6.Communication & Reporting: Prepare meeting agendas, briefings, and action items for the CEO, ensuring readiness and follow-through. Track and report on CEO Office initiatives, maintaining documentation and ensuring accountability on key actions.
