Job Description

As a Regional Manager with experience in logistics warehouse operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic and operational performance of multiple warehouse facilities within a defined geographical region. Your role will involve ensuring consistency, efficiency, and excellence across all regional logistics and warehousing activities to contribute to the overall supply chain success of the company. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and Execute Regional Logistics Strategy: Translate the company's overall supply chain strategy into actionable plans for your specific region, focusing on optimizing warehouse operations, transportation, and inventory management. - Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Define, track, and analyze regional Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for all warehouses. Prepare comprehensive reports for senior management, highlighting performance trends and recommending solutions. - Budget Management: Develop and manage the regional logistics budget, control expenses, optimize resource allocation, and identify cost-saving opportunities. - Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Lead continuous improvement programs across all regional warehouses to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve quality. - Technology Implementation: Drive the adoption and effective utilization of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), and other relevant technologies to streamline operations. - Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements to identify opportunities for regional competitive advantage. **Qualifications Required:** - Extensive Logistics & Warehouse Experience: Demonstrated track record in managing large-scale warehouse and logistics operations. - Leadership Experience: Significant experience in a senior leadership role managing multiple teams across a geographical region. - Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop long-term solutions aligned with business objectives. - Strong Analytical Skills: Proficient in data analysis and KPI tracking for operational improvements. - Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation skills for effective collaboration. - Problem-Solving & Decision-Making: Strong ability to resolve complex operational challenges. - Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications preferred. This role is crucial for scaling logistics operations, ensuring consistent service levels, and driving efficiency and profitability for a logistics company. Please note that this role is full-time with benefits including paid sick time, provident fund, and requires in-person work location. The expected start date is 10/06/2025 with a day shift schedule.,
