As a Regional Manager with experience in logistics warehouse operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic and operational performance of multiple warehouse facilities within a defined geographical region. Your role will involve ensuring consistency, efficiency, and excellence across all regional logistics and warehousing activities to contribute to the overall supply chain success of the company. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and Execute Regional Logistics Strategy: Translate the company's overall supply chain strategy into actionable plans for your specific region, focusing on optimizing warehouse operations, transportation, and inventory management. - Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Define, track, and analyze regional Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for all warehouses. Prepare comprehensive reports for senior management, highlighting performance trends and recommending solutions. - Budget Management: Develop and manage the regional logistics budget, control expenses, optimize resource allocation, and identify cost-saving opportunities. - Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Lead continuous improvement programs across all regional warehouses to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve quality. - Technology Implementation: Drive the adoption and effective utilization of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), and other relevant technologies to streamline operations. - Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements to identify opportunities for regional competitive advantage. **Qualifications Required:** - Extensive Logistics & Warehouse Experience: Demonstrated track record in managing large-scale warehouse and logistics operations. - Leadership Experience: Significant experience in a senior leadership role managing multiple teams across a geographical region. - Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop long-term solutions aligned with business objectives. - Strong Analytical Skills: Proficient in data analysis and KPI tracking for operational improvements. - Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation skills for effective collaboration. - Problem-Solving & Decision-Making: Strong ability to resolve complex operational challenges. - Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications preferred.
