he Regional Manager will be responsible for

• Work closely with the Cassini management team to provide local oversight and management of the operations of the India office
• Supervise and support all Chennai based teams to ensure employees maintain high standards aligned with the company expectations and values.
• Implement effective processes to monitor team productivity, quality of output, and service delivery.
• Foster a positive, high-performance culture through mentorship, coaching, and clear communication.
• Embed and promote Cassini values and culture
• Partner with the functional heads of the global technology, QA and product teams to prioritize and allocate resources efficiently.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and raise potential improvements to functional leads in London and NY offices.
• Collaborate with HR and Talent teams on recruitment, onboarding, and retention of top-tier technical talent.
• Assist the London based management team with ensuring compliance with local labour laws and company policies.
• Communication with other regional management teams on key issues, risks and challenges for the local office.
• Maintain regular reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.

The core responsibilities will cover

• Overall responsibility for the Chennai office
• Escalation of issues or concerns for the local workforce
• Ensuring the company culture and processes are embedded in the newly formed office

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science and a Masters degree in Computer Science, Finance, Operations or Business Administration.
• 12+ years of professional experience, with at least 5+ years in a management or leadership role in the technology sector.
• Proven experience leading technical teams such as development support, QA, or engineering services.
• Hands-on experience in development, support or QA teams, in previous roles
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), agile methodologies, and quality assurance practices.
• Demonstrated ability to manage operations and lead teams through periods of growth and change.
• Experience in a multinational or distributed work environment preferred.

Skills & Competencies

• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence and Git
• Programming skills in Python
• Exposure to cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Professional fluency in English (both written and spoken)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work across time zones and cultures.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Knowledge of financial markets, including derivatives pricing and risk is a plus
• Self-motivated and proactive in all aspects of work
• Professional fluency in English (both written and spoken)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across global teams and time zones.
