Regional Manager

Role Highlights:

Own regional revenue targets and build high-performing teams. This is a player-coach

role combining strategic Go-To-Market GTM execution with hands-on deal

leadership, team development, and cross-functional collaboration across South India.

What You'll Do:

The Regional Manager will be responsible for the following core duties:

• Own regional revenue targets & drive quota achievement across the team.
• Lead, coach & develop VSE Agents through regular 1-on-1s and performance reviews.
• Execute regional GTM strategy & customize Virtual Engine approach for the market.
• Partner with Alliance Managers to leverage OEM partnerships for deals.
• Serve as the escalation point for complex, high-value, or strategic opportunities.
• Conduct deal inspections, pipeline reviews & provide real-time coaching.
• Recruit, onboard & ramp new VSE Agents to productivity.
• Ensure CRM hygiene, accurate forecasting & operational excellence.
• Participate in executive negotiations & build key account relationships.

Essential Qualifications:

• Proven track record building, coaching & scaling high-performing teams.
• Consistent success achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
• Experience managing virtual/remote teams & digital-first GTM motions.
• Deep understanding of South Indian enterprise markets & business culture.
• Strong coaching abilities with a talent development mindset.
• Proficiency in pipeline management, forecasting & sales analytics.
• Executive presence & C-level stakeholder engagement skills.
• Data-driven decision making with strong business acumen.
