Regional Manager

we are looking the candidate for Regional Manager profile.

Position Overview

We are seeking a high-performing Regional Manager to lead UCO collection operations from the HORECA segment across assigned cities. This role demands strong field leadership, strict process adherence, supervision, and complete responsibility for regional target achievement. The ideal candidate will have robust experience in FMCG/field sales, proven team management capabilities, high operational discipline, and a strong target-oriented mindset.

We are seeking a Regional Manager to manage and oversee the following regions:

1.Region 1- Chennai, Kochi.

2.Region 2- Bengaluru, Hyderabad.

3.Region 3- Delhi, Indore, Kolkata.

4.Region 4- Gujarat, Raipur.

All will be based in Navi Mumbai, but will require to travel to their respective regions.

Skills & Competencies

• Language Requirements:

In addition to English and Hindi, fluency in the following languages would be required.

Region 1- Tamil and/ or Malayalam. Ideally both preferred.

Region 2- Kannada

Region 3- Bengali

Region 4- Gujrati

• Strong team leadership and people-management capabilities.

• Highly target-driven with strong execution discipline.

• Excellent coordination, planning, and monitoring skills.

• High integrity and adherence to processes.

• Willingness to travel extensively.

• Strong communication and reporting skills.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management:

• Supervise and guide Area/Business Managers to ensure consistent daily execution.

• Drive team performance to achieve monthly and annual UCO collection targets (in tonnes).

• Build, mentor, and retain a strong field team; manage manpower continuity in case of resignations or terminations.

UCO Collection & Operational Execution:

• Oversee and drive UCO collection from HORECA partners in assigned cities.

• Ensure strict adherence to daily routines, SOPs, and reporting formats across the team.

• Conduct regular field visits for reviews, partner engagement, and on-ground monitoring.

Conduct periodic and surprise warehouse audits post logistics and warehouse training.

• Ensure accurate stock monitoring, prevent pilferage/theft, and maintain strong operational discipline.

• Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure seamless movement and safekeeping of collected UCO.

Reporting & Compliance:

• Ensure 100% compliance with reporting standards across the region.

• Submit daily performance updates to the National Sales Manager.

• Maintain documentation accuracy and ensure adherence to company policies and processes.

Key Qualifications

Education

Bachelors degree preferred (Business, Commerce, Marketing, or related fields).

MBA or relevant diploma is an added advantage.

Experience

5 to 12 years of hardcore sales experience, preferably in FMCG or field-intensive operations.

Strong exposure to managing field sales teams and warehouse-linked operations.

Experience handling high-volume operational environments is a strong plus.
