Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage enterprise accounts post-sale
  • Build trusted relationships with CXOs & key stakeholders
  • Lead QBRs and create strategic account plans
  • Identify upsell & cross-sell opportunities
  • Ensure onboarding, adoption, satisfaction & renewals
  • Monitor customer health and mitigate risks early
  • Advocate customer needs internally and influence roadmap
  • Work closely with VSEs and Alliance Managers on growth

What You Bring:

  • Strong enterprise account management experience
  • Proven record driving renewals, upsells & NRR >110%
  • Ability to manage complex negotiations and multi-level relationships
  • Understanding of enterprise IT, Cloud, SaaS
  • Skilled in translating technical value into business ROI
  • Confident navigating complex org structures
