Job Description

As a Regional Head at Zaggle Account Management, your role involves building strategic relationships with key decision makers in accounts, including Middle and Senior management, as well as CXOs. Your key responsibilities include driving revenue enhancement through effective account management, upselling, cross-selling, and retention of existing revenue. You will also need to coordinate with customers" cross-functional teams to ensure business target achievements and meet customer expectations. Working with various horizontal functions like HR, Finance, Operations, Engineering/Technology, and Product teams is essential to ensure a seamless customer experience. Your duties will entail ensuring target achievement on various parameters such as Contracts, Users, Revenues, Cost of Acquisition, Profitability, New Account identification, and Churn control for each assigned account. Drawing out the annual strategy, brainstorming revenue growth strategies, and executing objective plans are crucial. Continuous improvement in key metrics like Net Promoter Score and customer retention ratios is expected, along with increasing share of profits by identifying and promoting new products or services to clients. You must actively engage in account planning activities, update opportunity management, and ensure customer account plans are regularly reviewed and updated. A strategic mindset with a focus on value-based selling is required, especially when dealing with large/enterprise institutions. Being self-managed, disciplined, driven, and able to operate independently in a fast-paced environment will be essential for excelling in this role. Your qualifications should include 6+ years of experience in Solution/Consulting/SAAS and/or ERP/Financial Services based Sales/BD, preferably with large Enterprise Solutions. Experience in handling large accounts/Strategic Accounts, building and managing high-performance teams, and a history of achieving/exceeding sales targets are must-haves. Additionally, willingness to travel for up to 40% of the time and demonstrated capability in Key Account planning and management are essential. Your exposure should ideally include an MBA from a reputed Business school (though not mandatory) and experience in the Start-up eco-system or growth stage companies. Personal attributes and key competencies required for this role include being bold, ambitious, and a go-getter, possessing an analytical mindset, ownership, excellent networking and relationship-building skills, commercial acumen, new age consultative selling skills, customer service orientation, value-based approach, and the ability to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
