Regional Head - Sales

As a key member of a leading housing solutions platform, you will assume ownership of the Profit & Loss (P&L) responsibilities for a designated region in Mumbai. Your primary focus will be on enhancing top-line performance through operational efficiency in the existing business operations and exploring new avenues for growth. Reporting directly to the Cluster Head and CEO, your core responsibilities will encompass: - Overseeing the overall P&L management of the assigned region. - Spearheading local marketing initiatives, identifying strategic expansion opportunities, and driving business scalability. - Managing brand presence and ensuring exceptional customer experience within the area. - Developing a competitive pricing model and formulating effective sales strategies. - Leading and supervising a sizable team to support you in achieving the outlined objectives.
