Regional Head - Sales

Role & responsibilities

• Establishment, maintenance, and development of the customer base in the respective sales area
• Development and management of assigned sales partners in the sales area
• Support and development of key accounts in the area.
• Achieving sales targets for the region, increasing product sales by defined product groups
• Monitoring and analyzing the respective sales KPIs.
• Obtaining customer feedback and market research
• Observation of competitors activity and analyses in your area
• Organization and implementation of local marketing measures and trade fair participation (supported by local marketing)
• Reporting based on defined KPIs

Preferred candidate profile

• Proficient experience in sales of investment goods (direct area sales and distribution management) for an international company
• High technical and commercial understanding, preferably background in transport equipment, vehicle construction or construction machinery
• Experience in handling complex projects in the sales phase (stakeholder management)
• Experience in developing and supporting key accounts.
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and high social skills on intercultural level
• Good planning and organizational skills
• Good IT knowledge (CRM, Office)
• Team lead experience advantageous, but not a must
