A): Dealer Support Arranging & executing company presentations/ portfolio/ product range, presence in respective country/strength in respective country etc. detailed explanation to dealer. Because dealers are not from the same industry line & they must be trained properly from starting. Product & Application Training to Dealers & their Sales Team for product feature/comparison to competitor, Strategic approach to increase sale of our product lines in dealer area. (It remains 3-3 hours training thrice a week to complete the base to dealers) Query Solution of dealers & their sales team frequently. Data Mining & support to Dealer with Target/ Prospective customers in respective country. (Helps our business to improve in that region) B): Support to Front End Sales Team: Preparing Quotation, Proforma Invoice, Project Delivery Reports, Presentations. (Not Primary) Presentation to customers. Need to support German Sales Team also for India Export Data Mining Plant Visit & Explanation to customers. C) : Internal Documentations/ Coordination : - Project Combinations Coordination with accounts & finance, Coordination with Engineering for various load plans & drawings, Coordination with Plant regarding production status of each project, Coordination with Service & dispatch department. (Sales Force Training will be provided by Company) Responsible for all M.I.S & Reporting sheets (Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly) ON-TIME. Preparing various Sales & Order Intake reports frequently, Other Small- MIS & various sheets time to time to be prepared upon queries. Maintain project documents as per ISO procedures (Current 9001:2015) Update to HO, Order wise production progress update to HO Team. Log Reports. Project coordination various departments in company.
