Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Able to handle complete sales independently as an application specialist.
  • Preferable with Customized Special Project” sales experience.
  • Direct Sales, Customer Coordination
  • Handle complete sales cycle from business lead to dispatch & handover to service dept.
  • Identifying the customers & generating leads & responsible for customer relationship. Customer Meetings & Follow ups.
  • Meeting with customers at customer sites/offices. Deal Negotiations with customers and conclude. Meetings/follow-up with Operation team of customer/target customer.
  • Achievement of Sales target.
  • Competitors Analysis, Market review of various trailers time to time. Market info updating time to time.
  • Projection of business product wise. Good coordination inter-department & other departments in the company.
  • Customer Satisfaction /Competition Performance
  • Responsible for all customer communications / customer interface/develop strategy to generate new & repeat business opportunities with existing /new customer and providing sales related services to OEM's.
  • Monitoring new projects, handling new RFQ's, interaction with customer for quotation & Quote submission, follow up.
  • Handling commercial & technical aspects of business right from initiation to completion of transaction as well handling price increase/decrease as per the company guidelines on a regular interval as per company norms.
  • Coordination with service team upon customer complaints & other concerns.
  • Discussing & concluding terms of Sales, Payment terms, Delivery time & various terms & conditions with customers.
  • Log Reports
  • Project coordination various departments in company.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Preferred from Technical background, so that candidate can understand the product & mechanism.
  • Preferred from “Direct Sales” background.
  • Preferable with “Customized product” “Special Project” sales experience.
  • MS OFFICE (Excel, Word, Power Point) windows 10.
  • Must be capable of English speaking, understanding & writing.
  • Must be capable to elaborative explanatory mail communications.
