1) The Ideal Candidate must have proven 05 to 10 Years Experience in Selling High value Capital Equipment such as
(Hydraulic Modular Axles,Construction Equipment ,Commercial Vehicles, Cranes Piling Rigs, Mining Machinery,
Customized engineering products).
2) Previous experience of working in Western part of India.
3) Direct Sales Experience with Individual Contributor in achieving the sales target.
4) Must have worked as a single point contact with customer for (Sales,Service & Spare Part)
5) Must have sold High Value Capital Equipment with Consultative Selling approach. (Ticket Size of 25 Lac and Above).
6) Exposure in Sales Planning & Coordinating with Production Team for delivering the Product on Time.
7) Value Selling & Concept Selling Experience.
8) Identify new markets, Clusters and customer segments for expansion.
9) Track competitor pricing,Schemes and Market Movements.
10) Monitor & Generate Sales Funnel & Healthy Sales Pipeline.
11) Exposure is entering data in Salesforce or any other software.
12) Submit MIS reports on monthly basis.
13) Cross-Functional Collaboration with Engineering ,Production & Finance .
14) Travel-30 to 50 %
