Role & responsibilities We are looking at someone who worked in Good manufacturing companies, Service, Hospitality, Retail space. 1. Recruitment Strategy • Discuss with HODs & note down manpower needs for all critical & upcoming positions. • Create and maintain database of hospitals talent across Competitor hospitals for critical roles- 2. Recruitment Operations • Manage Corporate Recruitment Team and source Critical / Managerial positions for corporate & units. • Oversee & support Unit Recruitment vacant positions as & when requirement (below Managers) • Develop alternative sourcing opportunities areas for all hospitals • Connect with Good colleges for having Internships & identify good talent for pre- placements • Identify good Colleges for sourcing Management Trainees periodically 3. Employer Branding & Talent Engagement • Design and implement strategies to enhance the hospitals employer brand in the healthcare industry & Social Media. • Establish relationships with all required colleges. • Participate in campus recruitment, and industry conferences. 4. Monitoring • Review Recruitment Reports – Closures, Quality of hire • Lead and mentor recruiters to improvise their closures & sourcing models • Evaluate and manage recruitment vendors, agencies, and consultants. Qualifications & Skills: • Degree / Master’s degree in with at least 10 – 15 years of Experience in Talent Acquisition • Experience in Campus hiring, lateral hiring, and Senior level recruitment • Knowledge of using ATS, HRMS, LinkedIn, other social media platforms. • Excellent Energy, Enthusiasm, Persuasion, Passion to identify Talent & close positions.
