Role Overview: As an HR IT Recruiter at our organization, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the acquisition of top talent in the IT sector. You will collaborate closely with various departments to understand IT staffing needs and implement effective recruitment strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the IT department to identify staffing needs - Develop and implement recruitment strategies for IT positions - Source, screen, and evaluate IT candidates - Coordinate technical interviews and assessments - Negotiate and finalize job offers - Utilize HRIS to track and manage candidate information - Participate in IT job fairs and industry events - Provide regular updates and reports on IT recruitment activities - Ensure compliance with IT industry regulations and standards - Build and maintain a network of IT professionals Qualification Required: - MBA in Human Resources, IT, or a related field - Proven experience as an IT recruiter or in a similar role - Deep understanding of IT roles, skills, and technologies - Excellent knowledge of technical assessment tools and methods - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Experience with HRIS and applicant tracking systems - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic IT environment - Understanding of IT industry regulations and compliance - Proven track record of meeting IT recruitment targets - Certification in HR or IT recruitment is a plus.,
