Role Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Develop and maintain relationships with key clients. Conduct market research to identify potential customers. Create and deliver engaging sales presentations. Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively. Achieve sales targets and objectives on a monthly and quarterly basis. Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional initiatives. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities. Gather feedback from clients to improve service delivery. Attend networking events to meet potential clients. Present product features and benefits to clients. Monitor competitor activity in the market. Participate in training and continuous learning programs. Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction. Report on sales performance and market trends to management. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role. Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with CRM software preferred. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to travel to client locations as needed. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and time management skills. Self-motivated and goal-oriented. Knowledge of industry trends and competitors. Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
