HR IT Recruiter

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated HR IT Recruiter with at least 2 years of proven experience in sourcing and hiring IT professionals. The candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment processes, collaborating with hiring managers, and ensuring timely closures of critical positions.

Key Responsibilities

● Handle end-to-end IT recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).

● Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.

● Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.

● Manage talent pipelines for niche and in-demand technologies.

● Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate technical interviews.

● Negotiate salary and offers with candidates.

● Maintain candidate database, reports, and recruitment metrics.

● Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle.

Required Qualifications & Skills

● Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, IT, or related field.

● Minimum 2 years of IT recruitment experience (corporate or consultancy).

● Strong knowledge of sourcing tools like Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, GitHub, etc.

● Understanding of technical roles (Java, Python, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Salesforce, etc.).

● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

● Ability to handle multiple open positions under tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

● Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

● Knowledge of contract staffing, C2C hiring, or international recruitment.

● Strong networking skills within IT professional communities.
