About the Role:

IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand client or internal hiring requirements for various technical roles.
  
• Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), social media, and networking.
  
• Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and evaluate candidate technical fit.
  
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and follow up with candidates.
  
• Maintain candidate pipelines for critical positions.
  
• Negotiate salary, notice period, and joining dates with shortlisted candidates.
  
• Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closures of open positions.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum

  1 year of experience

  in IT recruitment (agency or corporate) is mandatory.
• Good understanding of

  IT technologies

  (Java, .NET, Python, Cloud, DevOps, etc.).
• Experience in

  end-to-end recruitment cycle

  sourcing to on-boarding.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to multitask and meet hiring deadlines.
  
• Proficient in using

  ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)

  and job portals.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in HR, Computer Science, or related field.
  
• Experience recruiting for both

  permanent and contract roles

• Exposure to

  bulk and niche hiring

  .
