Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end IT recruitment — sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ideal profiles.
• Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and social media.
• Conduct HR screenings and coordinate technical interviews.
• Maintain and update recruitment data in the database.
• Ensure timely communication with candidates and hiring teams.
• Handle offer rollouts, salary negotiation, and onboarding formalities.
• Support employee engagement and HR operations when required.
• Prepare hiring status reports and support employer branding initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years of IT recruitment experience is mandatory.
• Good understanding of IT roles and technologies.
• Hands-on experience with sourcing tools and job boards (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed).
• Strong communication, multitasking, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
