Job Description – HR Recruiter (Short Version)

Position: HR Recruiter
Overview:
Seeking a confident, dynamic professional to manage end-to-end recruitment for internal needs and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand manpower requirements and source candidates
• Handle complete IT recruitment lifecycle
• Source via job portals & social networks
• Conduct screening calls and interviews
• Manage onboarding, exit formalities & employee verification
• Create job descriptions with HODs
• Maintain compliance with company rules

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition
• Strong analytical, ethical, and interpersonal skills
• Confident, positive, and target-driven
• Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business/Admin
• Proficient in MS Office
