Deliver a seamless and positive candidate experience from first contact to onboarding. Requirements 1–3 years of recruitment experience (agency or in-house). Proven track record in hiring for IT, digital marketing, and sales profiles. Proficiency with sourcing tools, job boards, and social platforms. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle multiple open roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with recruitment metrics and reporting tools (a plus).
