HR IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical roles (e.g., Software Engineers, DevOps, Data Scientists, Product Managers).
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand position requirements and create compelling job postings.
• Source candidates through multiple channels — LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, and referral programs.
• Conduct initial screening and technical qualification calls to assess cultural and technical fit.
• Maintain candidate pipelines using the ATS and ensure a consistent follow-up process.
• Coordinate interviews and feedback between candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and offer acceptance rate.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pool for current and future hiring needs.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in IT recruitment, compensation benchmarks, and talent markets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience as an IT Recruiter (in-house or agency).
• Strong understanding of software development technologies and tech stacks (Java, Python, React, Node.js, etc.).
• Experience hiring globally or for remote/contract positions is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., Lever, Greenhouse, or Zoho Recruit).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment.
