Monitor, assess, and record patients conditions and reactions to medications and treatments. Administer medications, IVs, and other treatments as prescribed. Assist with diagnostic tests and analyze results. Coordinate with doctors, specialists, and other medical staff to ensure the best care plan. Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, medications, and post-discharge care. Maintain accurate and complete patient records. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and infection control standards. Support emergency procedures and provide life support as needed. Participate in regular training and professional development programs. Qualifications and Skills: Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Nursing (GNM/B.Sc Nursing). Valid Nursing Council Registration (e.g., State/National Nursing Council). [02]/[25] years of clinical experience preferred.
