Job Description

Job Title: HR IT Recruiter

Location: Sarsol, Aligarh

Experience: 1-2 Years

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR IT Recruiter with a strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and payroll management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top tech talent while also supporting the payroll function to ensure accurate and timely compensation.

Key Responsibilities:Recruitment :

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for IT and non-IT roles — from requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, interviewing, to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
  • Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate technical interviews.
  • Maintain and update recruitment dashboards and ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
  • Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Payroll :

  • Assist in the monthly payroll process by collecting and verifying attendance, leaves, and other compensation components.
  • Coordinate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely salary disbursement.
  • Maintain employee data related to salary, deductions, bonuses, and benefits.
  • Handle queries related to payroll, salary slips, tax deductions, etc.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1 years of experience in IT recruitment with exposure to payroll processing.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment cycle and sourcing strategies.
  • Working knowledge of payroll systems/tools and basic understanding of labour laws and statutory compliance.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
