HR IT Recruiter

Job Description:

•     Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

•     Handle recruitment for positions ranging from entry-level to senior-level roles.

•     Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.

•     Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and identify ideal candidates.

•     Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate fit.

•     Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

•     Manage offer negotiations and coordinate compensation packages.

•     Ensure timely and sufficient staffing to meet company goals and objectives.

•     Provide detailed and analytical recruitment reports.  Facilitate candidate induction and onboarding.

Requirements:

•     Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

•     Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment (IT and Non-IT). Fresher’s can also apply.

•     Strong ability to source and identify the best candidates through various channels.

•     Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

•     Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.

•     Strong ability to read between the lines and handle candidate queries effectively.
