Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated IT Recruiter with 1 year of hands-on experience to join our HR team at InfoBay.AI. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring IT talent to support our growing technical teams. Your goal will be to ensure a smooth hiring process and help build a strong workforce.Key Responsibilities
Source and identify potential candidates using various channels (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.).Screen resumes and conduct initial screening calls.Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions.Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future requirements.Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.Maintain accurate records of candidates.Participate in onboarding process support.Requirements / Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, IT, or related field1 year of experience in recruiting (IT recruitment preferred)Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and toolsGood communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle multiple job openings simultaneouslyProficiency with job boards and social media recruitingBasic understanding of technical roles (developers, QA, DevOps, etc.)Desired Skills
Excellent negotiating and networking skillsGood organizational and time management abilitiesRelationship building with candidates and hiring teams
