As an HR IT Recruiter at BSRI Solutions in Chennai, your role will involve collaborating with hiring managers to understand specific technical skills and qualifications needed for various IT roles. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying Job Requirements: Work closely with hiring managers to determine the necessary technical skills and qualifications for different IT positions. - Sourcing Candidates: Utilize job boards, social media, professional networks, and other platforms to attract qualified candidates. - Screening Candidates: Evaluate candidates" skills, experience, and qualifications through resume reviews and initial screenings. - Conducting Interviews: Coordinate and conduct interviews, and participate in selecting the best candidates. - Managing Onboarding: Assist in the smooth onboarding process for new hires to ensure a seamless transition into the company. - Promoting the Business: Build and maintain a positive brand image for BSRI Solutions in the job market through various outreach activities and events. - Staying Current: Stay updated with the latest IT industry trends, digital salaries, and hiring laws to provide relevant advice and insights. Qualifications required for this role include: - Proven experience as an IT recruiter or in a similar role. - Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software. - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
