Talent Acquisition Specialist

As an HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive at Home Bazaar Services Pvt Ltd, your role involves designing and implementing recruitment strategies that are in line with the business objectives. You will be responsible for drafting and updating job descriptions, conducting job analysis to define responsibilities, and posting job openings across various platforms such as job boards, newspapers, and college portals. Sourcing candidates through databases, social media, job portals, and other innovative channels will be a key responsibility. Your key responsibilities include: - Screening resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates - Conducting structured and competency-based interviews - Assessing candidates" skills, experience, and cultural alignment - Tracking recruitment metrics and generating analytical reports for leadership - Partnering with department heads to understand hiring needs - Ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience - Staying updated on recruitment trends and best practices To excel in this role, you should have proven experience in conducting various interview formats, selection techniques, and familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job portals, and Content Management Systems (CMS). Strong interpersonal and communication skills, excellent judgment, and candidate evaluation capabilities are required for success in this role. In terms of compensation and benefits, you can expect a competitive fixed salary, monthly performance-based incentives, and half-yearly salary increments. The work schedule involves 6 working days per week with the 2nd and 4th Saturday off and all Sundays off. The shift timing is from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and the hiring target is a minimum of 6 joiners per month.,
