Recruitment Executive

As a Talent Acquisition professional at our company located in Navi Mumbai, India, you will play a crucial role in our Human Resources department, focusing on full-cycle recruiting and building our employer brand to attract top talent. Your responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and determining selection criteria - Sourcing potential candidates through various online channels such as social platforms, professional networks, and job sites - Planning interview and selection procedures, conducting screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews - Utilizing our Applicant Tracking System to assess candidate information and manage recruitment data - Crafting job descriptions and developing interview questions - Coordinating and participating in campus placements, job fairs, and recruitment events - Forecasting quarterly and annual hiring needs by department - Cultivating lasting relationships with past applicants and potential candidates Job Specifications: - Minimum 3 years of proven work experience in Talent Acquisition - Proficiency in social media, resume databases, and professional networks - Hands-on expertise in full-cycle recruiting with various interview techniques and evaluation methods - Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Comprehensive understanding of organizational roles - MBA/Diploma in Human Resources or related field - Proficient in MS-Office - Agile, fast-paced, strategic thinker with high integrity, stability, and business acumen - Customer-focused mindset Important: You must be willing to appear for a personal interview at our office in Navi Mumbai.
