Job Description

As a Recruitment Assistant, your role involves sourcing and attracting candidates from various channels such as job portals, social media, and professional networks. You will be responsible for screening resumes, conducting preliminary interviews, and coordinating interviews between candidates and client companies. Effective communication with candidates regarding interview status and feedback is essential. Additionally, you will collaborate with client HR teams or hiring managers to understand job requirements and company culture. Maintaining detailed records of recruitment activities, processing candidate documentation, and facilitating onboarding processes are key responsibilities. Furthermore, you will assist in promoting employer branding initiatives and provide regular updates to clients regarding candidate pipelines and recruitment status. Supporting administrative tasks related to recruitment and HR processes is also part of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Source and attract candidates using various channels - Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews - Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and client companies - Maintain effective communication with candidates - Coordinate with client HR teams to understand job requirements - Collect and process candidate documentation - Keep detailed records of recruitment activities - Assist in promoting employer branding initiatives - Provide regular updates to clients regarding recruitment status - Support administrative tasks related to recruitment and HR processes Qualifications Required: - 0 to 1 year of experience in recruitment or freshers looking for a career in hiring - Graduation in any discipline, preferably HR, Business Administration, or Psychology - Good verbal and written communication skills - Basic knowledge of job portals and social media recruiting tools - Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask - Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in recruitment - Ability to handle candidate and client interactions professionally - Proficiency in MS Office applications In addition to the job responsibilities and qualifications, the company offers benefits such as a flexible schedule, provided food, leave encashment, paid sick time, and paid time off.
