Recruitment Executive

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Executive to support our hiring needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, managing job postings, and assisting in end-to-end recruitment activities. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Post job advertisements on various platforms and maintain updated listings.
• Screen CVs and shortlist qualified candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Conduct initial phone screenings and assist in evaluating applicants.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Ensure timely communication and follow-ups with applicants.
• Assist in preparing job descriptions and recruitment documents.
• Support HR in new employee onboarding and orientation activities.
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Recruitment Executive, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment tasks and work under tight timelines.
• Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking tools.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
