Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive Recruitment Specialist with strong experience in end-to-end Non-IT hiring. The ideal candidate should be skilled in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing positions within timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles across departments such as Production, Purchase, Accounts, HR, Maintenance, Quality, Logistics, etc.
• Source candidates through Job Portals (Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn), social media, references, and offline channels.
• Screen resumes, shortlist profiles, and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Conduct HR telephonic screening and initial assessments.
• Coordinate interview rounds, maintain candidate communication, and manage follow-ups.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, weekly reports, and database management.
• Handle offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.
• Work closely with internal teams to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR / Management or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of hiring for manufacturing/industrial roles preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
• Ability to work under timelines and deliver high-quality candidates.
