Candidate Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires. Documentation Preparation: Prepare new work orders and Statements of Work (SOWs) to keep everything running efficiently. What You'll Be Doing: Candidate Onboarding - Assist with candidate onboarding, including phone screenings and reference checks. Work Orders and Statements of Work - Prepare and manage work orders (WOs) and statements of work (SOWs) for new hires, rate increases, and extensions. Administrative Support - Handle administrative tasks to support client management and sourcing activities. Query Management - Serve as the first point of contact for candidate and client queries, ensuring timely resolutions. Referral Scheme Administration - Maintain referral scheme records and distribute rewards.
