Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruiting Operations Specialist to support and optimize our recruiting processes. This role is ideal for someone with prior staffing experience—preferably as a Recruiter or Onsite Coordinator—who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about improving operational efficiency in talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain job postings across multiple platforms ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Support onboarding processes including documentation, compliance checks, and coordination with internal teams.
  • Conduct regular audits of recruiting and onboarding documentation to ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
  • Serve as a point of contact for recruiting support, including managing recruiting tools.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of recruiting policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Monitor and report on recruiting metrics and KPIs; analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
  • Stay current on employment law and compliance requirements, advising the team on relevant changes.
  • Utilize MS Excel to create reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or HR operations; experience as a Recruiter or Onsite Coordinator preferred.
  • Strong understanding of employment law, compliance, and onboarding processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts, etc.) and data analysis.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting high-volume recruiting environments.
  • Familiarity with audit processes and documentation standards.
  • Knowledge of diversity hiring practices and inclusive recruiting strategies.
