Recruiting Operations Specialist

As a Recruiting Operations Specialist, your role is crucial in supporting and optimizing the recruiting processes. Your prior staffing experience as a Recruiter or Onsite Coordinator will be valuable in this fast-paced environment where operational efficiency in talent acquisition is a top priority. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain job postings across multiple platforms with accuracy and consistency. - Support onboarding processes, including documentation, compliance checks, and coordination with internal teams. - Conduct regular audits of recruiting and onboarding documentation to ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies. - Act as the primary contact for recruiting support, including managing recruiting tools. - Assist in developing and implementing recruiting policies, procedures, and best practices. - Monitor and report on recruiting metrics and KPIs, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement. - Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a seamless candidate experience. - Stay updated on employment law and compliance requirements, advising the team on relevant changes. - Utilize MS Excel to create reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support decision-making. Qualifications: - 3+ years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or HR operations; experience as a Recruiter or Onsite Coordinator preferred. - Strong understanding of employment law, compliance, and onboarding processes. - Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts, etc.) and data analysis. - Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms. - Excellent organizational and communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. - High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
