Recruitment & Operations Specialist

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

• Handle

  end-to-end recruitment

  : sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding
• Maintain strong pipelines through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases
• Partner with department heads for manpower planning & timely hiring
• Own the

  joining to exit

  life cycle, document handling & database accuracy
• Coordinate with editorial, publishing, and sales ops teams for task tracking & HR support
• Maintain trackers for attendance, interviews, hiring status, and training plans
• Drive employee engagement activities & assist in internal HR initiatives

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐖𝐞 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭:

• 2–5 years of experience in

  HR recruitment and operations

• Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
• Strong command over

  MS Excel, Google Sheets & HR tools

• Fast-paced, proactive, and able to manage pressure
• People-first mindset with a focus on timely execution
• Bonus if you’ve worked in

  publishing, ed-tech, or content-driven companies
