ExxonMobil’s affiliates have offices in India in Bengaluru, Mumbai and the National Capital Region.ExxonMobil’s affiliates in India supporting the Product Solutions business engage in the marketing, sales and distribution of performance as well as specialty products across chemicals and lubricants businesses. The India planning teams are also embedded with global business units for business planning and analytics.ExxonMobil’s LNG affiliate in India supporting the upstream business provides consultant services for other ExxonMobil upstream affiliates and conducts LNG market-development activities.The Global Business Center - Technology Center provides a range of technical and business support services for ExxonMobil’s operations around the globe.ExxonMobil strives to make a positive contribution to the communities where we operate, and its affiliates support a range of education, health and community-building programs in India. What Role You Will Play In Our Team
Execute Talent acquisition processes effectively, including interview scheduling & logistics, job offer extensions, pre-employment, onboarding processes before Day 1, reporting, candidate communications and data collection
What You Will Do
- Coordinate the talent acquisition process over daily interactions with multiple vendors and other parties to ensure an effective and efficient delivery of services
- Coordinate right to work assessments for candidates where applicable
- Coordinate internal verifications and endorsements for Medical Assessments, Background checks, and pre-offer verifications
- Process candidates and 3rd party payments as applicable
- Update process flows and information in company designated Applicant tracking system
Qualifications
About you
We are looking for someone who has the following skills and qualifications, along with strong interest in becoming expert in Talent Acquisition processes.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in: Business administration, Human resources or equivalent field.
- Proficiency in English
- Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in scheduling, documentation, and compliance.
- Organizational Skills: Managing multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Addressing and resolving issues that arise during the recruitment process.
- Customer Service Orientation: Providing a positive experience for candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to effectively work across multiple organizations, teams and vendors
- Experience in dealing with Talent acquisition processes/ systems preferred.
