Governance process for changes for large and complex SAP landscape (multiple layers, multiple products supporting Oil & Gas business) in a support group that is globally distributed, including prioritizing change requests, assessing their impact, and accepting or rejecting changes This person will have a deep understanding of managing an internal SAP governance process to ensure policy compliance of changes (MoC), Job location is based out of Bangalore, Karnataka What you will do Large Scale IT infrastructure rollouts of systems of technologies across multiple sites/locations/countries, Assist users with IT ticketing system questions and issues related to Change Mgmt, Identify and report issues and enhancement requests for IT ticketing system modules that Change Mgmt Team is responsible for, Provide support on changes to the technical teams, system owners and stakeholders, Harmonize logistics changes for SAP landscape systems along with other components (Network, OS, Database and etc) Provide governance metrics and reports for different audiences, Analyze and approve changes accordingly to the best practices, processes and criteria, Ensure that change/communication coming from the Infrastructure Services technology towers to the end users is fit for purpose, has the appropriate approvals and is readily legible by end users, Provide continuous improvement suggestions for operations and support of the areas mentioned above About You Skills and Qualifications ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library) and ITSM (IT Service Management) knowledge ITIL certification Knowledge about ITIL or other service management frameworks Knowledge of infrastructure services and relevant customer technologies, preferably with large, complex enterprise-level programs, Must have demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively with a variety of individuals and skill levels, Must possess good analytical skills to The Vessel Logistics Advisor is responsible for maximizing contractual and financial performance of commercial agreements to include working closely with commodity and freight traders. What You Will Do The Vessel Logistics Manager is responsible to set strategic priorities and establish clear focus areas in support of Corporate and Supply Chain vessel logistics initiatives. The Vessel Logistics Manger will lead a team size of 20-50 employees, delivering reliable, cost-efficient bulk marine end to end logistics execution, including identification of supply chain marine optimization and debottlenecking opportunities. The role is fast paced, dynamic and challenging involving support to worldwide operations that continuously operate in multiple time zones. About You Skills and Qualifications Support development and execute marine coverage strategy in support of Business Line strategies to deliver lowest unit cost. Maximize contractual and financial performance of commercial agreements to include working closely with commodity and freight traders Oversee global portfolio of marine tonnage under various charter agreement (i.e term, spot, contract of affreightment, etc.) and seek opportunities to maximize value through fleet optimization (i.e outcharter, stowage plan, repositioning, bunkering, etc.) Ensure flawless operations in scheduling & dispatch of vessels, meeting corporate marine safety requirements Accountable for performance against KPIs, and development of gap closure / improvement initiatives Identify opportunities and champion best practices to enhance productivity and simplify work processes Planning and Budgeting for team and marine costs Optimize marine movements and reduce demurrage and oil loss exposure Responsible for employee resourcing and career development of staff, effectively coach/mentor team Preferred Qualifications / Experience Supply chain, coordination, logistics, and optimization experience Demonstrated leadership experience driving functional results Strategic mindset to foster identification of opportunities and improvement initiatives Ability to collaborate across multiple businesses and value chains Experience with third party service provider oversight, commercial judgement and negotiation Strong business judgement and able to independently make quick decisions with limited guidance.
