About the Role

We’re on the lookout for a dynamic Recruiter who can fuel our next phase of growth by bringing in the right talent at the right time.

You’ll take charge of end-to-end Talent Acquisition — with a strong focus on Tech hiring (developers, engineers, product roles, designers) while also managing Non-Tech hiring across business, operations, and creative teams.

This is a hands-on, high-ownership role where you’ll work directly with hiring managers, leadership, and cross-functional teams to shape the future of Zocket’s workforce.

You’ll be a strategic partner and a brand ambassador, ensuring that every candidate interaction reflects the Zocket culture — smart, bold, and forward-thinking.


What You’ll Do

1️⃣ Own the Full Hiring Lifecycle

Manage end-to-end recruitment across tech and non-tech roles — from requirement gathering to offer roll-out.Work closely with team leads and founders to understand business priorities and design hiring plans accordingly.

2️⃣ Build Winning Talent Pipelines

Source proactively through creative channels — LinkedIn, Naukri, Instahyre, , online tech/design communities, and more.Identify, attract, and engage passive talent with storytelling and strong brand positioning.

3️⃣ Elevate the Candidate Experience

Serve as the first point of contact and ensure every candidate has a seamless, transparent, and positive experience throughout the process.Maintain clear, timely communication at every stage.

4️⃣ Partner & Influence

Advise hiring managers on market trends, talent availability, and effective evaluation strategies.

Collaborate closely with leadership to optimize hiring velocity without compromising on quality.

5️⃣ Data-Driven Recruitment

Track and analyze hiring metrics — pipeline health, time-to-fill, source effectiveness — and use insights to continuously improve outcomes.

6️⃣ Strengthen the Employer Brand

Partner with the People team to ideate and execute initiatives that make Zocket an employer of choice — from creative job posts to employee stories and hiring campaigns.


What You’ll Bring

✅ 2+ years of strong Talent Acquisition experience, preferably from startup or fast-growing environments.

✅ Hands-on experience in both Tech and Non-Tech hiring — you can talk tech stacks one minute and marketing metrics the next.

✅ Proven track record of closing roles end-to-end within tight timelines.

✅ Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

✅ Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, modern recruitment tools, and employer branding.

✅ A self-starter mindset — you take ownership, move fast, and find creative solutions.

✅ Immediate joiners or short notice preferred.


Good to Have (HRBP Exposure)

  • While the primary focus is Talent Acquisition, prior exposure to HRBP functions will be a great value-add — especially if you’ve worked in:
  • HR Operations & Admin: Handling documentation, compliance, onboarding coordination, etc.
  • Employee Engagement: Planning activities, recognition programs, and internal culture initiatives.
  • Employer Branding: Crafting internal/external communication that reflects company culture.
  • People Ops Support: Assisting in policy rollouts, feedback collection, or engagement surveys.
  • This blend of TA + HRBP experience helps bring a people-first perspective to your hiring approach and strengthens alignment across teams.
