Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and results-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our digital marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and has hands-on experience managing and optimizing paid campaigns for international clients.You will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven performance marketing strategies that drive measurable results for our clients. Strong spoken English and client communication skills are essential.Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and manage high-performance paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other relevant platforms. Strategize and allocate media budgets effectively to maximize ROI and achieve client KPIs. Continuously monitor and optimize campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversions. Conduct regular A/B testing and creative experimentation to improve ad efficiency and audience engagement. Prepare clear, data-driven performance reports and confidently present campaign insights, strategies, and results to clients. Optimize landing pages, sales funnels, and conversion paths to drive stronger lead quality and conversion rates (CRO). Stay on top of platform updates, industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging tools to improve campaign effectiveness. Collaborate with internal creative and content teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with client goals. Key Requirements: 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, preferably in a digital marketing agency or managed services environment. Proven expertise in running and optimizing paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and derive actionable insights. Proficiency with tracking and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and similar platforms. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with confidence in client-facing roles. Ability to multitask, manage multiple client accounts, and deliver results within deadlines.
